Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

During busy seasons, markets, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer flat rate shipping of $7.95 on online orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
