Because Be Lit Creations products are handmade personal home fragrance items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an issue with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Photos of the packaging, if the item was damaged in shipping

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles, wax melts, room sprays, or other home fragrance products that have been used, opened, or altered after delivery.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
